Aeroflex Insulation & PVC Jacketing
Closed-cell Aeroflex insulation sealed under washable PVC jacketing — condensation control and energy savings engineered to hold up in demanding plant environments.

System overview
Aeroflex is a flexible, closed-cell elastomeric insulation built for chilled water, refrigeration, and low-temperature process lines. Its sealed cell structure resists moisture, stops condensation from forming on cold pipe, and controls the heat gain and heat loss that drive up energy costs — while guarding against corrosion under insulation (CUI) on the pipe beneath.
Over that insulation we install PVC jacketing: a rigid, moisture-tight outer shell that shrugs off impact, UV, and washdown. Molded fitting covers wrap every elbow, tee, valve, and flange for a continuous, professional finish. Because PVC wipes clean and won’t harbor contaminants, it’s the preferred jacketing for food processing, beverage, and hygienic production areas — with aluminum or stainless steel jacketing available wherever a spec calls for it.
Our crews install Aeroflex and PVC jacketing systems across food processing, manufacturing, refrigeration, and mechanical rooms throughout Tulsa and across Oklahoma — working around active operations and coordinating with plant maintenance to keep your lines protected and your facility running.

Technical questions
01What is Aeroflex insulation used for?
Aeroflex is a flexible closed-cell elastomeric insulation ideal for chilled water, refrigeration, and low-temperature process piping. Its sealed structure prevents condensation on cold lines, controls heat gain and loss, and resists moisture, making it a durable choice for industrial mechanical systems.
02Why choose PVC jacketing instead of metal?
PVC jacketing is lightweight, moisture-tight, and impact-resistant, and it wipes clean — which makes it the go-to choice for indoor plants, food processing, and hygienic areas. It snaps tightly around elbows and fittings for a clean, finished look. We still offer aluminum or stainless steel jacketing wherever your specifications or outdoor exposure require it.
03Do you insulate valves, elbows, and fittings too?
Yes. We install molded and custom-fabricated PVC fitting covers over elbows, tees, valves, and flanges so the entire piping system is continuously insulated and sealed — not just the straight runs.
